PRICE
Safeguard Home Inspection charges a flat fee based on home value as follows:

• $300 for all homes valued up to $400,000
• $350 for homes valued from $400,000-$500,000
• $400 for homes valued from $500,000-$600,000
• $450 for homes valued from $600,000-$700,000
• $500 for homes valued from $700,000-$800,000
• $550 for homes valued from $800,000-$900,000
• $600 for homes valued from $900,000-$1,000,000
• $750 for all homes valued above $1 million

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We are pleased to offer the following options not included in the standard service package:

• Radon testing and lab analysis ($100)
• Mold Spore testing and lab analysis ($100)
• Re-inspection with updated report, within 90 days of original inspection ($75)
