Our inspectors are trained and certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT), code-certified by the International Code Council (ICC) and hold membership in the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI). Our inspectors uphold the NAHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics and adhere to the highest level of integrity.

The president of our company, Rob Golden, is presently serving as president of the Georgia Chapter of NAHI. In addition, he has earned the designation of CRI (Certified Residential Inspector), the highest achievable status within NAHI, based on continuing education, test scores and total number of inspections performed.
